Your kids are sick, you need to gas up your car, it’s raining outside, you need to go to the food store, and on and on it goes. So many reasons not to go to the gym. Sometimes it’s best to just workout at home, am I right? There are days where I just can’t seem to get it together, and before I know it the boys are napping and I’m stuck at home, but still itching to workout!
Get your heart rate up and work your core with this easy to follow workout. Do each move for 30 seconds with about 10 seconds or less between moves. Go through three times without stopping! If you really want to, add a short run or jog between rounds!
