Happy Saturday! It’s the weekend and it’s time to kick it off right– with a workout! Luckily there are alternatives to waiting in line for the sweaty elliptical machines. At-home workouts! Sometimes all you have is a 30 minute break while your kids are sleeping, 20 minutes after work, or just 15 minutes on your lunch break.
I have a group of at-home exercises already pulled together from the last few years and you can find them here. Today I have another great at-home workout that will get your heart rate pumping quickly and will only take up about 20 minutes!
And that’s it! Lace up those sneakers and get moving! I’ve even done these while the kids play on the floor, at nap times, and while prepping dinner. You can fit it in today!
