It’s good to reflect every so often on the week and realize how much I actually did accomplish. And I’m not just talking about accomplishing things on my to-do list either. Im talking about accomplishing balance, play time with my toddler, naps (for the baby and for me), cleaning the bathroom, and taking chilly walks before dinner as a family.
There’s more to accomplish than just what’s on my list. Realizing that sometimes is an accomplishment all on its own!
So here are my top five moments this week that have reminded me to tackle other areas of my life like I tackle my to-do lists.
1- easy outfits
2- playing brothers
3- cold walks
4- healthy meals post
Guys! I got a huge response from this post! I didn’t know everyone was so excited about healthy eating, but I love it! Maybe I’ll do a few more food posts in the coming weeks and see how it goes!
5- working out
Exercise is such a great stress reliever for me. Classes I attended or teach are only an hour long, so even if we have a busy day I like to get in a sweat session and get my heart pumping. It makes the day so much better!
Have any wild weekend plans? We’re planning on getting a dent in my car fixed, dinner with friends, and taking dinner to a friend who just had a baby! And oh, the Super Bowl too! It’s gonna be a god one!
