I’ve started a fitness journey with Fit4Mom Body Back, and it’s been a great experience so far! It’s an eight week program, two workouts a week, food diaries, meal plan ideas, encouragement, small class size, and more. It’s been great to have a different workout than my typical Stroller Strides class, plus it’s a workout I do without the kids with me– which is a great change of pace!
