Oooy goooy cinnamon buns are my favorite breakfast food. I’m always looking for a good recipe that is egg-free and yummy. And these are just the ticket. Luckily they don’t have a billion steps or ingredients so normally I have everything on hand to whip up a batch.

Warning: I do make a half batch, which makes two 9-inch round cake pans with 8-9 rolls in each pan. So if you make the entire recipe you’re going to have some happy neighbors on your hands if you’re willing to share!
