Happy Monday! We are in the most popular month of exercise- January! So I’m going to continue with my Move it Monday’s. If you want to see more at-home workouts, check them out here. You could do a different one every day!
Do a nice warm up, and get moving! Start with the top left-hand square and continue repeating those exercises for three minutes. When the three minutes is up, take 30 seconds to set yourself up for the next square of exercises. Try to finish all squares with only 30 seconds between each one! You can do it!
This workout is all about three minutes. You can do anything for three minutes! Remember, it’s not a race. You want to keep good form while getting in as many reps as possible. Start your week off right!
While I have you here, should we do a little recap of my weekend? Just smoosh it into Move it Monday? OK! Good plan!
Saturday was a good day of chillin’ with my sister. She came over Friday night and spent the night, so Saturday morning was filled with hot coffee and tea, breakfast, and hanging out in our PJs for entirely too long. There was a lot of talking and laughing, and playing with Jude. He just loves his Auntie Kelly.
Saturday night our friends from Taiwan came! They are in the states for some training and are staying with us for the week. They have a little girl only a few months younger than Jude, so I know they are in for some good times ahead.
Sunday was a good day of relaxing and church at night. It was cold and yucky outside, so our plans of a family hike were scratched and we went to Lowe’s instead to pick up random house things we need for little projects we have on our brains.
Hope your weekend was a good one! Tune in tomorrow for Tuesday Talk where I’m sharing a great idea for an indoor winter activity for kids!
