I know these Magic Erasers have been around for a while and I’m sure everyone and their mom is using them, but I just got my first one the other day at Target. My sister and I went out for a lively shopping trip to Target on New Year’s Eve and she was picking up some Magic Erasers, and immediately images of crayon marks on my wall danced in my mind.
So into the cart went to boxes of Magic Erasers with extra power strength. I was skeptical.
Our New Year’s Eve was wild. We put Jude to bed and then us three adults stayed up and watched The Village and eating peanut butter kiss cookies. It actually was quite fun.
All that to say, I woke up early with Jude the next morning around 6:15am and after he ate breakfast we were playing and I saw the crayon on the wall. Why not? I thought. Let’s get to erasing these marks right now!
So while everyone slept, me and Jude experienced the magic of the eraser. And I love it and will buy plenty more. I started on the crayon, which came off without any issues and minimal scrubbing, and moved onto the baseboards and doorways in the living room. I had no idea how much I was missing. This little guy has just changed my cleaning habits. And that’s not easy to do.
If you’re in the market to get your house really clean- of those random scratches and marks you thought you’d have to paint over- grab these instead and give them a whirl. You won’t be disappointed.
