We made it to Monday! This weekend was busy. We had family in town staying with us, and then the stomach bug hit my husband on Saturday night. I think it’s the flu, but not totally sure. But that just meant he was quarantined off in the master bedroom while Jude and I stayed away all day yesterday. It was hard to keep Jude from knocking on the bedroom door, asking “Dada?” all day. Thank goodness it was nice outside so we could go on a walk, play at the playground, and be in the back yard.
Hopefully you have stayed away from the flu and are healthy and ready to workout today! This is something you can do outside if it’s still warm around you, or inside if you only have nap time to squeeze in a workout. Either way, work hard and get moving! It’s an upper body blast, so get your arms warmed up before you start.
