It’s Monday and I have a couch workout for you. So when you are sitting on the couch this week, think of this video and try a few moves on the commercial breaks. Does anyone watch real-time TV anymore? Is it all DVR and Netflix these days? Either way, think of the couch workout when you are lounging around!
The first move, tricep dips. Try to have better form that I do! It was a lot harder with Jude sitting on my lap. I had to stay up on my toes to keep him level and from falling off. He had a blast though, and by the end my triceps were burning! Have a great Monday and get moving!
